Mr.B.Ananda Reddy,  Managing Director.

Mr.Ananda Reddy is the founder Director and holds a Masters degree in Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and an expert in Process Development, Scale-up and cost reduction. He started his career as a Chemist at Dr.Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd in the year 1995 in the API - Pilot plant wherein he got exposed to various operations like  API development process, Scale-up, manufacturing, cost reduction, effluent minimization etc.

During his tenure he had faced several USFDA inspections. 

In 2004 he ventured in to starting Gensynth Fine Chemicals Pvt. Ltd which is a Greenfield project at the outskirts of Hyderabad in the Pashamylaram Industrial area.Gensynth Fine chemicals is a Drug Intermediates manufacturing unit and produces more than 20 different Drug Intermediates today.

Visualising the future potential for the Indian Pharmaceutical Ingredients in the Global generics space, Gensynth Fine chemicals acquired a API manufacturing Unit i.e CHROMO LABORATORIES INDIA PVT. LTD in the year 2006 to realize the Generic - API  dream.

Over the last one year he has been instrumental in transforming CHROMO LABORATORIES in to a cGMP manufacturing unit conforming to Q7A and WHO guidelines.

B.Srirami Reddy - Director

Mr. Sri Rami Reddy is one of the founder directors and has been one of the key architects in developing the organization.  He is a Graduate in Engineering and has over 15 years working experience at Dr.Reddy’s Laboratories Limited in Engineering Services and projects.

Currently he looks after designing, installing, and qualifying chemical and pharmaceutical process equipment in addition to overall procurement of Plant & machinery.
